Open Dance Class:
Join us for a lively, inclusive, and energising dance class designed especially for the over 60s. This dynamic session lets you move at your own pace, making it accessible and enjoyable for all fitness levels. Discover the transformative power of contemporary dance to boost your confidence, elevate your self-esteem, and leave you feeling fantastic.
Not only will you improve your fitness and mobility, but you’ll also become part of a supportive community of like-minded individuals. It’s the perfect combination of exercise, self-expression, and social connection.
Where: Delapre Community rooms, Northampton, NN4 8EN
When: 10.30am – 11.30am, Mondays from 13th January 2025
Cost: £60 per 10-week term
Optional performance strand:
This is an optional 45-minute extension to the class, for those who would like to create a dance piece to perform to audiences.
Where: Delapre Community rooms, Northampton, NN4 8EN
When: 11.45am – 12.30am Mondays, from 13th January 2025
Cost: £15 per 10-week term
Bursaries available. Please get in contact should you need support funding the sessions.
