I do hope you are well during these challenges times. I know too well how easy it can be to fall out of keeping active when your routine is disrupted, but it’s also a time to be kind to yourself and accept that maybe you can’t do as much as you would normally like, and to maybe try and find a new rhythm that suits your current situation. We are all #stayinghome to do our bit to help our wonderful NHS and save lives, so well done!

So, as we enter into our 6 week in lockdown I would like to draw your attention to a series of creative classes I am involved in with Made in Corby and Wellingborough called #Madeathome. Each week 3 new creative activities are released online to get your creative juices running all from the comfort of your home, and I am providing seated dance and movement as part of this.
